Ask everyone to write on a piece of paper THREE things about themselves which may not be known to the others in the group. Two are true and one is not. Taking turns they read out the three ‘facts’ about themselves and the rest of the group votes which are true and false. There are always surprises. This simple activity is always fun, and helps the group and leaders get to know more about each other.
- Trust is defined as "to be careless". Not irresponsible, but having complete confidence in. Why can this be hard in relationships with God and others?
- Do you look at conflict as an opportunity to grow? How can you use conflict to grow in your relationships with God and others?
- Has someone ever had to confront you about something? How did you respond? How could you have responded better to move towards a healthy relationship?
- Protective boundaries are practical parameters that guard your heart. What are some of those protective boundaries for you and why?

- Define who you are.
- Define who you are not.
- Learn to say no with conviction.
- Stop blaming others.
- Set limits.
- Be honest.
- Pray and believe God for the best.
This week, my goal is to ask God to highlight areas in my life where I need healthy boundaries and begin using those.
